Rental policy and regulations

Terms of cancelation

Up to 30 days before arrival:

stays can be canceled or modified free of charge. In case of modification, if the rate of the new reservation is higher than that of the initial reservation, the payment of the remaining balance will be required.

Between 29 and 15 days before arrival:

Stays cannot be canceled, only modifications are authorized. Cancellation results in the loss of 100% of the reservation, plus applicable taxes. Any changes to a reservation will incur a $25 fee. If the rate of the new reservation is higher than that of the initial reservation, payment of the remaining balance will be required. (However, no refund will be made if the rate of the new reservation is lower than that of the initial reservation).

14 days or less before arrival:

Stays cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations result in the loss of 100% of the reservation, plus applicable taxes.

In the event of non-compliance with the items below or consumption of certain items in the cabin, the applicable amounts will be taken from the credit card on file once the guest has been notified.

You must wash all your dishes before leaving. A fee of $30 will be charged to your account in the event of non-compliance (or if you do not want to do so).

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cabins. A fee of $200 will be charged to your account in the event of non-compliance.

Pets are allowed in the dwellings with an additional cleaning fee of $30. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the grounds. It is forbidden to let them climb into the beds and you must pick up doggie droppings. The cage is strongly recommended and the animal cannot be left alone in the house. If any of these conditions were violated, a cleaning fee of $100 will be added to your invoice as well as any additional expenses if the equipment is tampered with. We are counting on your cooperation to preserve this privilege.

Always close the protective door of the outdoor fireplace. Use dead branches if you wish, but respect the forest and your neighbors. DO NOT REMOVE BARK FROM WHITE BIRCH.

Quietness is required at all times.

Respect your neighbors by keeping the noise level low.

Any misuse of dwellings resulting in damage will be charged. This includes, but is not limited to, breakage, theft, unsanitary conditions, cigarette smell. The amount will be charged to your credit card after verification by property management.

A lost key will incur an additional charge of $20.

By booking with [ÈST] you agree to the establishment's policies and agree to abide by the rules at all times.

THERMAL STATION

Terms of cancelation :

No refund or modification within 72 hours of booking.

Regulations:

Access to the spa is restricted to people aged 16 and over.

It is strictly forbidden to:

- Consuming alcohol or drugs on the entire spa site

- Smoking or vaping (tobacco, marijuana or other) even in the outdoor area

- Consuming food in the spa, even in the outdoor area. You can consume your food in the self-service reception.

- To invite other people than those declared in the reservation

- To have a pet in the spa, even outside.

- To use glass containers.

You must have a hair tie for long hair, as well as sandals and a bathing suit to use the facilities.

The bathrobes and towels provided must be left in the dedicated baskets before leaving.

Out of respect for other people on the site, quietness is requested.

Cell phones are permitted on silent mode only.

It is recommended to remove jewellery, glasses and contact lenses before entering the saunas.

The use of thermal facilities is not recommended for people with heart and respiratory problems, epileptics, diabetics and pregnant women.

[ÈST] éco-cabines is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft that may occur in its facilities.

[ÈST] éco-cabines takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of its customers and is not responsible for any discomfort, falls and/or accidents on the site.

You must have left the spa by the end time of your reservation. A sound signal will be emitted 15 minutes from the end as well as at the end of your reservation.

Use the bathrooms and showers of the sanitary block if necessary (building facing the spa).

The site is equipped with surveillance cameras. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or non-compliance with the rules will be subject to expulsion without refund.
