Can I be reimbursed if I have COVID or in the event of a storm?
Although we are sensitive to life events that may affect our customers, situations beyond our control cannot generate refunds. In the event of a winter storm, in the event of illness (COVID or other) or for family reasons, for example, we unfortunately cannot deviate from the policies. We hope that our customers will understand that reservation policies are there to avoid loss of income and not to generate it. That said, when possible, we always try to accommodate our customers.
